| This standard is developed for the purpose of implementing the Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Protection, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution and Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, standardizing the monitoring of pollution sources and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of monitoring data and information. This standard specifies technical requirements for QA and QC of the sampling and determination of waste water discharge from stationary sources, manual monitoring of the emission of waste gas and control monitoring processes. This standard is applicable to environmental monitoring of the discharge of pollutants of waste water and gases of fixed pollution sources. |
