| This standard is developed for the purpose of implementing the Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Protection, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution, implementing the monitoring of total discharge of pollution sources and standardizing technical requirements for judging on-line monitoring data of water pollution sources. This standard specifies the quality requirement for such monitoring data as COD, Cr, NH3-N, TP, pH, temperature and flow-rate of waste water of water pollution sources£¬data validity judging method as well as the method to treat lost data. This standard is applicable to the judgment of the validity of such monitoring data as COD, Cr, NH3-N, TP, pH, temperature and flow-rate of waste water of water pollution sources. Developed for the first time, this standard is a guiding standard. |
