| This standard is developed for the purpose of implementing the Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Protection, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution, improving the capacity of China in monitoring of water environment, achieving automation and modernization of water quality monitoring so as to meet the objective of early warning monitoring of surface water quality, monitoring and control of the total pollutant discharge of pollution sources. The current standard specifies the technical requirements and performance test method for water quality on-line automatic monitor of UV in surface water, groundwater and waste water. It is applicable to the research, development, production and performance test of water quality on-line automatic monitor of UV. |
