Abstract:
 

This standard is formulated for the purpose of implementing Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Protection and Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes, preventing and controlling environmental pollution caused by medical wastes incinerators, protecting the environment and safeguarding people's health. This standard is on trial as of June 30, 2003 for a period of one year.
