| This Standard is formulated for the purpose of implementing the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Law of the People's Republic of China and Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, protecting the environment, ensuring public health and improving ambient air quality. The current Standard specifies the emission limit, control technical requirements and testing methods for fume emission during the transport of tank trucks. The current Standard is applicable to gasoline fume emission management of tank trucks during gasoline transportation process. It has the binding power in accordance relevant legal regulations.
