Stationary source emission-determination of sulphur dioxide -Non-dispersive infrared absorption method
HJ 629-2011 putting into effect as of Nov.1, 2011
Abstract:

The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, protecting the environment, ensuring human health and standardizing the method for determining SO2 in waste gas from stationary pollution sources. The current standard specifies the non-dispersive infrared adsorption method that determines the concentration of SO2 in waste air from fixed pollution sources. The current standard is applicable to instantaneous monitoring and continuous monitoring of controlled SO2 emission in waste gas from stationary pollution sources£¬the detection limit of the current standard is 3mg/m3 with the lowest limit of 10mg/m3. The current standard is developed for the first time in China.
