Emission standard of air pollutant for gasoline filling stations
(GB 20952-2007 Put into effect as of August 1, 2007)
Abstract:
This Standard is formulated for the purpose of implementing the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Law of the People's Republic of China and Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, protecting the environment, ensuring public health and improving ambient air quality. The current Standard specifies the gasoline emission limit of gas stations, control technical requirements and testing methods. It is applicable to gasoline emission management of existing gas stations and EIA, design, check & acceptance of any new, reformed and expanded gas stations as well as post-completion gasoline emission management. The current Standard has binding power in accordance with relevant legal regulations and is issued for the first time.
