| This Standard is formulated for the purpose of Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, controlling the emissions of air pollutants from cement industry and promoting industrial restructuring of cement industry. This Standard specifies that it replaces GB 4915-1996 Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Cement Industry in the following two stages: ¡ªFor new production lines, the replacement begins from January 1, 2005. ¡ªFor existing production lines, the replacement begins from July 1, 2006. The current Standard replaces both GB 4915-85 and GB 4915-1996. The current Standard takes into effect as of January 1, 2005. |
