Emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants
(GB 13223-2003 Replacing GB13223-1996; put into effect as of January 1, 2004)
Abstract:
Beginning from the date of the implementation of staged emission control, the current Standard replaces the corresponding contents of national Emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants (GB 13223-1996). Main revisions compared with the text of Emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants (GB 13223-1996) are the followings: change of emission standard for air pollutants; removal of the concentration limits according to the type of dusters, ash & sulfur levels of coal; time requirements for meeting higher emission standard by existing thermal power plants; and change of the excessive air coefficient in calculating the air pollutant emission concentrations of thermal power plants.
