| The current Standard specifies the maximum allowable emission concentration of air pollutants of the fugitive emissions of mechanical coke oven and the maximum allowable emission concentration of air pollutants from non-mechanical coke oven, as well as maximum allowable pollutant amount per tons of products that shall be met at different years. It is applicable to emission management of existing mechanical and non-mechanical coke ovens as well as EIA, design and check & acceptance of the construction projects and post-construction emission management. |
