Announcement No.19 [2001]
(promulgated by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation on December 20, 2001)
In accordance with the Law on Foreign Trade of the People's of China and the Regulations on the Administration of Import and Export of Goods of the People's Republic of China, the List of Goods Prohibited to Be Imported (First Group) and the List of Goods Prohibited to Be Exported are hereby promulgated. In the case of the other goods, which are not enlisted in the said Lists and their import and export are prohibited, the relevant existing provisions shall be observed, and the MOFTEC shall promulgate relevant lists successively.
