On November 10, Minister Zhou Shengxian met in Beijing with Ms. Margaret Biggs, President of Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and Vice Executive Chairperson of China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development (CCICED). Both sides exchanged views on projects implementation of CCICED in 2010 and further cooperation on environmental issues.
