Responsibilities:

  • Assist SEPA leaders in handling and coordinating routine work of the headquarters;
  • Develop various rules and regulations and supervise their implementation;
  • Take charge of releasing information on inter-provincial environmental disputes, major environmental pollution accidents and ecological damages, nuclear safety accidents, as well as relevant liaison;
  • Draw up annual working plans and summary reports of SEPA, and draft documents of comprehensive national meetings on environmental protection and other important documents;
  • Handle received documents and incoming calls by categorized offices, review or organize the drafting of documents to be distributed in the name of SEPA or the Administrative Office;
  • Be responsible for the formulation and implementation of the plan to create the environmental information system, and guide the development of national environmental information network.
